Craftsmanship
Age-old Polki Jadau, hand-set uncut diamonds, and gold shaped without shortcuts.
Our Philosophy
At Rayu, craftsmanship is not a process, it is a parampara carried in steady hands and patient hearts for over 150 years.
Every ornament that leaves our atelier begins as an intention and grows through months of skilled, unhurried work. What we make is shaped as much by memory as by the hand, a way of working passed from one generation of artisans to the next.
The Craft
We hold to the traditional Jadau technique, where each element is worked into gold by hand. These age-old methods have defined Jaipur craft for generations and remain at the heart of every Rayu creation.
Uncut Polki diamonds are set by hand, one at a time, so the natural facets catch the light in their own way. It is slow, exacting work that no machine can replicate.
Gold is shaped without shortcuts. Our artisans build structure, weight and balance the honest way, giving each piece the integrity to be worn today and inherited tomorrow.
Every detail is perfected through slow, deliberate work. Nothing leaves our hands until the finish, the setting and the smallest line meet the standard our name is built on.
Inherited Wisdom
Our artisans work with generations of inherited wisdom, blending traditional artistry with refined modern sensibilities. Techniques handed down over decades meet a contemporary eye for proportion and wearability.
Each piece represents hours of devotion, precision, and respect for heritage. What you wear is the sum of countless small, patient decisions made with care.
The Evolution of Tatiwalas Gehna
Rayu is the evolution of Tatiwalas Gehna, uniting the technical precision of fine jewellery with a modern entrepreneurial vision.
