Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, contacting us, or placing an order with Rayu by Tatiwalas Gehna, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current version.

Products & Custom Orders

Every piece from Rayu is handcrafted, and many are made to order. As a result, minor variations in colour, finish, stone size, weight, and detailing are natural and are a hallmark of genuine handmade jewellery. Product photographs on this website and on social media are for reference and may differ slightly from the finished piece due to lighting, screen settings, and the individual character of natural gemstones and uncut diamonds.

Gold, Polki, diamond, and coloured-stone content is priced according to prevailing market rates at the time of confirmation. Because these rates fluctuate, the final price of a custom or made-to-order piece is confirmed at the time your order is placed.

Pricing & Payment

We do not publish fixed product prices online. Pricing for each piece is shared through a personal quotation over WhatsApp, email, or during an appointment, based on the design, metal weight, stone quality, and current market rates. A confirmed quotation is valid for the period stated within it. Payment terms, including any advance required to begin a custom order, will be communicated to you in writing before work commences.

Orders & Appointments

Orders are considered confirmed only once the design, specifications, and pricing have been agreed and any required advance has been received. Appointments to visit our Jaipur atelier are arranged in advance so we can dedicate proper time to you. We request reasonable notice for any change or cancellation of an appointment. Estimated timelines for custom pieces are shared at the time of order and may vary with the intricacy of the work.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and the Rayu and Tatiwalas Gehna names, is the property of the house and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to describe our pieces and services accurately, Rayu by Tatiwalas Gehna shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of this website or from natural variations inherent in handmade jewellery. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
