Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must be:

• Unused, unworn, and undamaged
• In its original condition with original packaging, tags, and invoice intact

Non-Refundable Charges

For approved returns, making charges—covering craftsmanship, design, and labour—are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount. This ensures fair compensation for the artisanal work involved in creating each piece.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or made-to-order jewellery
• Engraved, resized, or altered pieces

Exchange & Valuation Policy

• Gold will be valued at the prevailing market rate on the date of exchange.
• For Polki jewellery, a deduction of 10–15% will be applicable as per our policy. Standard terms and conditions will apply.

Important Note

Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted jewellery and shall not be considered defects.
